By using our platform, you can easily find local Muslim-owned businesses, professionals, and service providers across various sectors, from halal food services to migration assistance and Islamic educational institutions.
By accessing or using AMBD, whether through our web app at

apps, you agree to these Terms of Service ( "Terms" ). These Terms govern your use of AMBD and are designed to ensure a safe and respectful experience for all users and businesses. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE
By downloading or installing our App, or by accessing or using the App or our website, or by registering an account on our platform, or by engaging with our Services, or by clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your affirmative acceptance of these Terms, you hereby represent that:
a) You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any future updates and additions to these Terms, as published from time to time at the website and App.
b) You are of sound mind , at least of 18 years in legal age, and otherwise competent to form a binding contract with us.
c) If you are creating an account or using our services on behalf of a business entity or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the entity accepts these Terms. You agree to ensure that all users associated with or accessing AMBD on behalf of your business entity also comply with these Terms, and you acknowledge that the business entity holds responsibility for all actions taken by its representatives on the platform.
d) You meet the eligibility requirements as specified in Section 2 below.
e) We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.
f) You have read, understood, and consented to our Disclaimer, Cancellation & Refund Policy, as well as our Privacy Policy statement.
2. ELIGIBILITY
a) Residency Requirement : AMBD services are designed specifically for individuals residing in Australia and businesses legally established within Australia. By creating an account or using
our platform, you confirm that you are an Australian resident (for individual users) or a registered business within Australia.
b) Business Registration and Verification : Businesses registering on AMBD must provide accurate and current business information, including a valid email address, phone number, and physical business location within Australia. AMBD may request additional verification details to confirm that businesses meet these requirements.
c) Valid Contact Information : Users and businesses must provide a valid email address and phone number during registration. This information is essential for account verification and communication. AMBD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or unverifiable contact information.
d) Compliance with Laws : Users and businesses must comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations when using AMBD. This includes adhering to local business laws, advertising standards, and privacy regulations.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT
a) Accurate Information : When creating an account on AMBD, users and businesses must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including names, email addresses, and contact details.
b) Email and Password Security : Users and businesses must secure their AMBD account with a unique password and refrain from sharing login details with others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
c) Profile Updates : It is your responsibility to keep your account information current. If there are any changes to your contact details or business information, please update your profile promptly to ensure uninterrupted service and accurate listings.
d) Account Suspension and Termination : AMBD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if we discover any misleading information, unauthorized activity, or violations of our Terms of Service. Users who repeatedly violate the terms may be permanently barred from the platform.

. Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days, and users
will lose access to all services and data associated with their accounts after deletion.
4. ALLOWED USES OF THE APP
a) Personal Information: Whenever prompted, you must provide us with the correct, accurate, and updated information. These will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy statement posted on our website and App.
b) Accessing Business Information : Users may browse and view business listings, service categories, and job opportunities posted on AMBD to connect with Muslim-owned businesses and services within Australia.
c) Job Postings for Businesses : Registered businesses may utilize the “Business is Hiring” feature to post job advertisements, which will be displayed to users on the AMBD app. This paid service is intended to help businesses connect with potential candidates and grow their workforce.
d) Subscription Services : Businesses may choose to subscribe to available AMBD plans for enhanced features or promotional opportunities, such as showcasing business details, exclusive discounts, or job advertisements.
e) Utilizing Search and Filter Features : Users may access search and filter features to locate businesses and services based on categories, locations, or specific needs, making it easier to find local services or specific types of Muslim-owned businesses.
f) Community Support and Engagement : AMBD encourages users to utilize the platform to support the Australian Muslim business community. Users and businesses may engage in activities aligned with community growth, such as exploring listed businesses, using promotional offers, and sharing relevant content.
g) Updating and Managing Business Profiles : Registered businesses are permitted to update and manage their profiles on AMBD, including uploading business logos, promotional banners, and any information relevant to their services. Businesses can also provide optional details like FAQs, special offers, or business descriptions to enhance their listings.
h) Using Contact Information for Direct Communication : Users may use the contact information provided in business listings to reach out directly to businesses for inquiries, service requests, or other professional communication.
i) Non-Commercial, Personal Use (for Individual Users ) : For individual users, AMBD’s services are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Users are encouraged to explore the app for their own benefit or to support community businesses, without intending to resell or redistribute AMBD’s content or resources.
j) Directions of Use: You must follow any and all guidelines or policies or directions of use as associated with each of the services on the platform.
5. PROHIBITED USES
a) Unauthorized Business Listings : Users may not create business profiles unless they are legally registered and operating within Australia. Non-genuine or fraudulent business listings are strictly prohibited.
b) Misrepresentation of Information : Users and businesses are prohibited from providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information, including fake business details, incorrect contact information, or impersonating others.
c) Commercial Exploitation of Content : Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content on AMBD, including business listings, job postings, or promotional material, without prior authorization.
d) Automated Data Collection : The use of automated tools such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers to collect, harvest, or manipulate data from AMBD’s platform is prohibited, as this compromises platform security and privacy.
e) Bypassing Payment Mechanisms : Businesses may not attempt to bypass AMBD’s payment system for paid services (such as job postings) by soliciting direct payments from users or using other means to avoid fees.
f) Disrupting Platform Operations : Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that may disrupt, damage, or overburden AMBD’s infrastructure, such as initiating denial-of-service attacks, introducing malicious software, or attempting unauthorized access.
g) Using the Platform for Unlawful Purposes : AMBD may not be used to conduct or promote any illegal activity, such as money laundering, fraudulent schemes, or distribution of prohibited content. Users must comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.
h) Posting Unauthorized Advertisements : Users and businesses are not allowed to post unauthorized advertisements, spam content, or irrelevant promotional material. Only genuine business listings and job postings that comply with AMBD’s guidelines are permitted.
i) Data Privacy Violations : Businesses and users may not misuse any data or contact information obtained from AMBD for purposes other than its intended use on the platform. This includes sending unsolicited emails or messages to users or businesses.
j) Attempting to Reverse Engineer the Platform : Users are prohibited from attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or decompile any part of AMBD’s platform, including the web app and mobile applications.
k) Infringing on Intellectual Property : Users may not use, copy, or distribute AMBD’s intellectual property, including logos, designs, and proprietary content, without explicit permission. Additionally, any content uploaded by users must respect the intellectual property rights of others.
l) Circumventing Security Features : Attempting to bypass or interfere with AMBD’s security measures, such as password protections, encryption, or access controls, is prohibited and may lead to immediate account suspension.
6. HIRING SERVICES AND JOB POSTING TERMS
a) Paid Service for Businesses : The “Business is Hiring” feature is a paid service available only to registered businesses on AMBD. By using this feature, businesses can post job advertisements to be displayed in the AMBD app, making job openings visible to users seeking employment within the Muslim community in Australia.
b) Eligibility for Posting Jobs : Only verified businesses that meet AMBD’s registration and eligibility requirements are permitted to post job listings. AMBD reserves the right to review and approve all job postings to ensure they align with the platform’s purpose and community guidelines.
c) Job Posting Requirements : Businesses must provide accurate and complete details for each job posting, including job title, location, job description, qualifications, and any other relevant information. Misleading or vague job ads are not permitted and may result in the removal of the posting.
d) Duration and Renewal of Job Ads : Job ads will remain active on the platform for a specified period, as outlined in the selected service package. Businesses may renew or extend their job postings by re-subscribing to the paid service if desired.
e) Compliance with Employment Laws : Businesses are responsible for ensuring that all job postings comply with relevant Australian employment laws, including those related to anti- discrimination, fair wages, and employee rights. AMBD assumes no liability for the accuracy or legality of job postings provided by businesses.
f) Prohibited Job Posting Content : Businesses may not post job advertisements that include discriminatory language, misleading information, or any content that violates AMBD’s Code of Conduct or community values. Job ads must be professional, inclusive, and respectful.
g) Responsibility for Hiring : While AMBD provides a platform for job postings, it does not play any role in the hiring process. Businesses are solely responsible for screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. AMBD does not guarantee the quality or suitability of candidates applying through the platform.
h) No Refund Policy : Fees for the "Business is Hiring" feature are non-refundable. Businesses are advised to review job postings thoroughly before submitting them, as no refunds will be issued for removed, cancelled, or expired ads.
i) Accountability and Support : AMBD reserves the right to monitor job postings for compliance with these Terms. If businesses have questions or need assistance with posting a job, they may contact AMBD support at

7. CODE OF CONDUCT
a) Respectful Communication : All users, including businesses, are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally on AMBD. Harassment, abusive language, and disrespectful behaviour towards other users, businesses, or the AMBD team are strictly prohibited.
b) Adherence to Community Values : AMBD is dedicated to supporting the Australian Muslim community, and users are encouraged to uphold values that align with respect, integrity, and inclusivity. Users should refrain from any conduct that contradicts these principles or that may disrupt the supportive nature of the platform.
c) Relevant and Appropriate Content : Businesses and users must ensure that all content shared on AMBD is relevant to the platform’s purpose. Irrelevant, off-topic, or inappropriate content, including discussions unrelated to Muslim-owned businesses, services, or community support, is not allowed.
d) Honest and Transparent Interactions : Users and businesses must interact honestly and transparently. This includes providing accurate information in profiles, listings, and communications. Misleading or deceptive actions, such as posting fake job ads or false business details, are unacceptable.
e) Appropriate Use of Platform Features : Users should engage with platform features responsibly. For example, businesses should use the "Business is Hiring" feature only to post genuine job opportunities, and users should utilize search and filter options as intended. Misuse of any feature is a violation of this Code of Conduct.
f) Respect for Privacy : Users are expected to respect the privacy of others and refrain from disclosing personal information of any individual without their consent. Misuse of contact information for spam, unsolicited messages, or other unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
g) Compliance with AMBD Policies : All users and businesses must comply with AMBD’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other platform policies. This includes following rules for account registration, allowed uses, and prohibited activities as outlined in these Terms.
h) Reporting Misconduct : AMBD encourages users to report any misconduct, abuse, or violation of this Code of Conduct to our support team. Users can contact us at info@ambd.info to report any concerns. AMBD will review reports and may take appropriate action, including issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or removing users from the platform if necessary.
i) Encouraging Positive Engagement : Users are encouraged to positively engage with others on the platform, fostering a supportive environment for Muslim-owned businesses and services. Constructive feedback, professional networking, and meaningful interactions are welcome and contribute to a healthy community.
8. RESPONSIBILITIES OF USERS AND BUSINESSES
a) Providing Accurate Information : Both users and businesses are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information during registration and in their profiles. Misrepresentation of identity, business details, or any other information is strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
b) Maintaining Security of Account Credentials : Users and businesses are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Sharing passwords or allowing unauthorized access to an account is prohibited. If there is a security breach or suspected unauthorized access, AMBD must be notified immediately.
c) Use of Information for Intended Purposes : Any contact information, business details, or other data accessed on AMBD should be used solely for its intended purposes - such as connecting with businesses, viewing job opportunities, or interacting with users professionally. Misuse of information for unsolicited messages, spam, or unauthorized purposes is strictly forbidden.
d) Compliance with Applicable Laws : Users and businesses must comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations while using AMBD. This includes, but is not limited to, employment laws, data protection regulations, and fair trading practices.
e) Professional Conduct in Job Postings and Applications : Businesses are responsible for ensuring job listings are accurate, lawful, and comply with employment standards. Users applying for jobs are expected to present truthful information in their applications and engage professionally with potential employers.
9. CONTENT SUBMISSION AND MODERATION
a) Accurate and Relevant Content : All users and businesses submitting content on AMBD, including business listings, job ads, profile details, and promotional material, must ensure that their content is accurate, truthful, and relevant to the platform’s purpose. Content that misleads, misrepresents, or is irrelevant to the Australian Muslim community may be removed.
b) Appropriate Language and Imagery : Content submitted on AMBD, whether text or images, must align with community standards. Vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate language or imagery
is strictly prohibited. AMBD reserves the right to remove any content deemed unsuitable for the platform.
c) Compliance with Intellectual Property Rights : Users and businesses are responsible for ensuring that any content they submit does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. Only content owned by the submitter or legally permitted for use on AMBD should be uploaded. This includes logos, photos, and promotional materials.
d) Prohibition of Restricted Content : Content that violates Australian laws, including but not limited to discriminatory language, hate speech, defamatory statements, or promotion of illegal activities, is not allowed on AMBD. Any such content will be immediately removed, and the user or business responsible may face account suspension.
e) AMBD’s Right to Moderate Content : AMBD reserves the right to review, approve, and moderate all content submitted on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, removing content that violates these Terms or the Code of Conduct and making adjustments as needed to maintain platform integrity.
f) User Reporting of Inappropriate Content : AMBD encourages users to report any content they find inappropriate, offensive, or irrelevant. Reports can be submitted to our support team at

. AMBD will review these reports and take appropriate action, which may
include content removal or account suspension.
g) No Liability for User-Submitted Content : AMBD assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or legality of content submitted by users or businesses. Each user and business is individually responsible for the content they post, and AMBD disclaims liability for any harm caused by user-submitted content.
h) Guidelines for Promotional Material : Businesses may submit promotional content, such as special offers or discounts, but it must comply with AMBD’s guidelines. Promotions should be truthful, clearly described, and relevant to the services listed on AMBD. Misleading or overly promotional content may be removed.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
a) Ownership of AMBD Content : AMBD and its associated trademarks, logos, branding, and all content created and displayed on the platform, including text, graphics, and software, are the intellectual property of AMBD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users and businesses may not use, copy, distribute, or alter AMBD’s intellectual property without prior written permission.
b) License to Use User-Submitted Content : By submitting content (such as business profiles, job postings, and promotional materials) on AMBD, users and businesses grant AMBD a non- exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content on the platform. This license is solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving AMBD services.
c) Respect for Third-Party Intellectual Property : Users and businesses must ensure that all content they upload or share on AMBD, including logos, images, and text, does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Only content that is either owned by the user or legally authorized for use on AMBD should be submitted.
d) Prohibition of Unauthorized Use : Users and businesses are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or distributing AMBD’s content or proprietary software. Unauthorized attempts to modify, reverse-engineer, or hack the platform’s features or content are violations of these Terms and may lead to account suspension or legal action.
e) Limited License for Personal Use : AMBD grants individual users a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit users to download, reproduce, or redistribute AMBD’s content without permission, except as allowed within the platform’s normal functionality.
f) Termination of License : AMBD reserves the right to terminate the license granted to users and businesses if they violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, users must immediately cease all use of AMBD’s intellectual property.
g) Feedback: Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the app or our services is entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

12. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS
a) Subscription Plans for Businesses : AMBD offers optional subscription plans exclusively for registered businesses. These plans provide enhanced features, such as job posting capabilities, promotional opportunities, and increased visibility on the platform. Specific details and benefits of each subscription plan are available on AMBD’s platform.
b) Automatic Renewal of Subscriptions : Subscriptions on AMBD renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service. Businesses are charged automatically using the payment method provided during registration, unless the subscription is cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. For more information about cancellation and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy .
c) Failed Payments and Account Suspension : If a subscription payment fails due to issues with the payment method, AMBD will attempt to retry the payment. If payment remains unsuccessful, AMBD reserves the right to suspend the business account or limit access to subscription features until the payment is resolved.
d) Changes to Subscription Fees : AMBD reserves the right to modify subscription fees or introduce new charges. Businesses will be notified in advance of any fee changes. Any adjustments to fees will apply only to future billing cycles, allowing businesses to choose whether to continue their subscription under the new pricing.
e) Billing and Payment Information : Businesses are responsible for ensuring that billing information is accurate and up-to-date. If there are changes to payment details, businesses must update their account information promptly to avoid disruptions in service.
f) Taxes and Additional Charges : Subscription fees may be subject to applicable taxes, depending on local regulations. Businesses are responsible for any such taxes and agree to pay any additional charges associated with their subscription as required by law.

13. THIRD PARTY LINKS
AMBD may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are provided for user convenience and informational purposes only. These external links are not under AMBD’s control, and AMBD does not endorse, monitor, or assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Users who choose to access third-party links do so at their own risk, and AMBD encourages users to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites before engaging with them. AMBD disclaims all liability for any loss, harm, or damages arising from the use of or reliance on third-party content or resources linked on our platform. Additionally, any business or service linked through AMBD does not imply a partnership or endorsement unless explicitly stated by AMBD.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMBD and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) the use of or inability to use AMBD’s platform, (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, (iii) reliance on any content or information displayed on AMBD, (iv) actions or transactions between users and businesses through AMBD, or (v) any other matter related to AMBD, regardless of the basis for the claim.
AMBD provides the platform and its content on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AMBD does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or service offered on the platform, and users acknowledge that they rely on such information solely at their own risk.
AMBD’s total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user (if any) for accessing the specific service that gave rise to the claim within the past 12 months or AUD $100, whichever is lower. Users acknowledge that these limitations reflect the allocation of risk in this agreement and that AMBD would not provide the platform without such limitations on liability.
15. LEGAL ACTION
If you are found to be degrading, tarnishing, maligning the image, goodwill, or reputation of AMBD by spreading hate, insulting, false, fake reviews or engaging in mala fide actions against the above, strong legal actions will be taken immediately.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AMBD, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to (i) your use of or access to AMBD’s platform, (ii) any content you submit, post, or transmit through AMBD, (iii) your violation of these Terms, (iv) your infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property or other rights of a third party, or (v) any unlawful, negligent, or wrongful actions by you or anyone accessing your account.
AMBD reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to cooperate fully with AMBD in asserting any available defences. This indemnity obligation will survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and your use of AMBD’s platform.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
a) Governing Law : This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria (Australia) , without regard to its conflict of law principles.
b) Negotiation and Informal Resolution : In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the user and the Company hereby agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations and discussions.
c) Judicial Action: If amicable resolution is not reached despite attempts, in that case either the user or the Company may initiate legal proceedings in the appropriate court located in Melton, Australia .
d) No Class Actions : The user and the Company agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. Both parties waive the right to participate in or bring class actions.
e) Attorneys' Fees: In the event of any legal action arising from or related to this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
f) No Waiver of Rights : The pursuit of legal action shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies available under this Agreement.
g) Continuation of Service: Pending the resolution of any dispute, the user agrees to continue abiding by the terms of this Agreement.
h) Rights Unaffected: Nothing mentioned in this Section shall affect the rights of the Parties to seek any relief of an urgent nature.
18. DISPUTES BETWEEN USERS AND BUSINESSES
AMBD serves as a platform to connect users with Muslim-owned businesses and services in Australia but does not directly involve itself in interactions, transactions, or agreements between users and businesses. In the event of a dispute arising between a user and a business listed on AMBD, both parties are encouraged to resolve the matter independently and professionally.
AMBD is not liable for any disputes, disagreements, or conflicts that may occur between users and businesses, including but not limited to issues related to services, payments, cancellations, or job
opportunities. Users and businesses acknowledge that AMBD does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of any listing, service, or product provided through the platform, and all interactions are conducted at the discretion of the parties involved.
If necessary, AMBD may, at its sole discretion, offer limited guidance or suggestions to help facilitate a resolution, but this does not constitute legal advice or impose any liability on AMBD. In serious cases where a violation of AMBD’s Terms or Code of Conduct is reported, AMBD reserves the right to review the matter and take action, such as removing content or suspending accounts, but only to the extent that it pertains to platform policy violations.
19. NOTICES
All notices, requests, or communications from AMBD to users or businesses will be provided through one or more of the following methods: posting on the AMBD platform, email, or other electronic means using the contact information provided during registration. Users and businesses agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that notices be in writing.

Both AMBD and users agree to keep their contact information up-to-date to ensure timely receipt of any important communications. Notices related to changes in these Terms, account matters, or other essential updates will be made with reasonable effort to inform all affected users.
20. MISCELLANEOUS
i. Independent Legal Advice : By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice before using AMBD’s services. AMBD is not liable for any misunderstanding of these Terms arising from the absence of such advice.
ii. Headings : The section headings in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provisions. They are not intended to limit or alter the meaning of the clauses they describe.
iii. Breach: If a user or business violates these Terms, AMBD may take immediate action, including issuing warnings, suspending or terminating the account, and removing any offending content. In cases of serious violations, such as illegal activity or actions causing harm to others, AMBD may also report the breach to relevant authorities. Users and businesses will be notified of any enforcement action taken, and repeated violations may lead to further legal steps. AMBD is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from actions taken in response to a breach of these Terms.
iv. Severability : If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the original intent.
v. Waiver : The failure of AMBD to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of these Terms must be made in writing to be valid.
vi. Survival : Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination shall continue in effect after the termination of your use of AMBD’s services. This includes but is not limited to sections on liability, indemnification, and intellectual property rights.
vii. No Assignment : You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without AMBD’s prior written consent. AMBD reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity.
viii. Entire Agreement: These Terms, Disclaimer, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, along with any other instructions or policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and AMBD concerning your use of our services. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral.
ix. Force Majeure: AMBD shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to interruptions caused by natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications or internet outages, cyber-attacks, technical failures of hosting services or servers, data breaches, or severe disruptions in supply chains and essential utilities. In the event of such a force majeure occurrence, AMBD will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as feasible, but users and businesses acknowledge that such events may impact platform availability, data accessibility, and service continuity.
x. Updates to these Terms: AMBD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting at the webapp and/or mobile app or other methods as AMBD may determine. Continued use of AMBD services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
